Without the unwavering support from volunteers and donations, HIBS wouldn’t be the success that it is today. Explore volunteer opportunities below and fill out the form to express your interest.

  • A single shift gets you a ticket into one of our events.

    KITCHEN
    Chop, prep and roll for a lunch or dinner shift in the Sea Breeze kitchen.

    BARTEND & SWAMP
    Pour drinks and pick up glassware and empties at the Community Hall for evening events.
    Serving It Right certificate required.

    DOOR PERSON
    Take tickets and check wristbands at evening events at the Community Hall or Sea Breeze Lodge.

    MERCHANDISE TABLE
    Help with the sale of CD’s & merchandise at the Community Hall.

    DESIGNATED DRIVER
    For the Wednesday evening dance to get folks home safely.

  • A single shift gets you tickets into two of the events.

    SET UP & TAKE DOWN
    Move chairs and tables as required at the Community Hall.

    SIGNAGE
    Place markers and ribbons at various workshop locations around the island

    TRANSPORTATION
    Transport items to various workshop locations around the island

    DONATE SPACE
    Homes or venues required for musicians to stay in and/or hold classes.

  • Extended efforts get you tickets to all events - plus meals at Sea Breeze Lodge.

    DRIVER
    Help our musicians get to and from classes, meals and concerts.
